Hi - My name is Colin Parkinson, General Manager of the EML Group (New Zealand and Australia). I have been involved Elevators (more commonly known as Lifts) and Dumb Waiters since mid 1980's. I hold a current New Zealand Electrical Practising Licence and been a Electrician and involved in the Elevator Industry for over 50 years.
EML Group commenced in 1995 and added EML Elevators Ltd in 2006, servicing Elevators then later moving into Elevator and Domestic Dumb Waiter installations.
We are now branching out across New Zealand with our new range of Elevators including our lift status monitoring network.

Our new live monitoring system advises Clients and Service Agents simultaneously of a fault or stoppage. The Service Agent can provide live updates for the client via our "Link Line" operations. Our "Premium" monitoring package can allow the Service Agent to reset the Elevator (with certain limitations) and have the Elevator back on line with the minimum of delay
